We aim to respond within a few business days. When you write to us, it helps to include which app you're using (Masjidtime worshipper app or Masjidtime Admin), your device type (iPhone or Android), and a short description of the issue.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join a mosque?
Open the app, tap to add a mosque, and enter the unique enrollment code provided by your mosque. The mosque's prayer times will then appear on your home screen.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Masjidtime in your device settings, and that reminders are switched on in the app. You can control reminders for each mosque individually.
The Qibla compass isn't working.
The Qibla compass needs location permission to calculate the prayer direction, and works best away from magnetic interference. Your location is used only on your device and is never sent to us.
How do I leave a mosque or stop reminders?
Press and hold a mosque on your list to remove it or turn off its reminders. You can also manage all notification settings from the Settings screen.
I'm a mosque administrator and need help.
