Delete Your TogetherDo Account
App: TogetherDo · Package: com.togetherdo.togetherdo
You can permanently delete your TogetherDo account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the TogetherDo app and make sure you are signed in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and tap Continue.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box, then tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
Email: moshiur.704@gmail.com
Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you registered with, and use the subject line "Delete my account". We verify ownership before deleting, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.
Deleting some of your data without closing your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data:
- Tasks — open any task and tap Delete task. To remove several at once, press and hold a task in My Tasks, select the others, then tap Delete.
- Conversations — leaving a conversation removes it from your list.
- Profile details — edit or clear your photo and name under Profile → Edit profile.
- Anything else — email us at REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_EMAIL with the subject "Delete some of my data", telling us what you would like removed. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, and your account stays active.

What may be kept, and for how long
- Routine backups — residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
- Safety reports — if another user reported your content, that report and its copy of the reported content may be retained so we can act on repeated abuse and keep other users safe.
- Records required by law — anything we are legally obliged to keep, for only as long as the obligation lasts.
Note about group conversations. Deleting your account removes your account and your messages. Conversations you took part in continue to exist for their other members.
